Reduce paper clutter by signing up for eStatements! This gives you the advantage to access your statement instantly by logging in to your online banking account. This keeps your financial information secure as you will receive an email notifying when your statement is ready to view, and reduce the chance of identity theft through mail theft.

Available for both Personal and Business users! Pay your bills with just a few clicks and save the expense of stamps and envelopes. Set up automatic payments and email reminders.

  • Search for vendors.  Add new vendors simply by typing in the company name.  If a match is found in the database, the vendor's information will be added automatically.  No more hunting down mailing addresses!  Simply enter your account number and add your bills to be paid.
  • Schedule payments by the due date.  This service allows you to enter the date you would like your vendor to receive your payment, and we take care of getting it there on time!
  • Keep your money with you.  Your money will remain in your bank account until the day you select the payment be made to your vendor.
  • Request reminders.  Never make a late payment again!  When you request reminders, you'll receive a message telling you when your payment is due.
  • Pay from multiple checking accounts.  Choose which checking account to pay your bills from.
  • Set up recurring payments.  Eliminate the hassle of paying your monthly bills by setting up recurring payments.  This is a great option for payments that don't change from month to month -- such as your car payment or mortgage.
  • Make Popmoney (person-to-person) payments.  Pay any person, anywhere, no matter where they bank. All you need to know is their mobile phone number or email address and they can receive their payment in as little as one business day.
  • See it all at a glance!  The Payment Center lets you make payments and view pending payments, recent payments, bill reminders, and e-bills all on the same screen.
  • Make Payments through Mobile Banking app. Once a payee has been added through Online Banking, you will be able to send payments conveniently from your Mobile Banking app.

To begin using Online Bill Pay:

  • Log in to your Online Banking as usual.
  • Click on the account you want to use for making payments.
  • Click on the "Bill Pay" link under the brown menu bar across the top of your screen.  The first time you use Online Bill Pay, you will be asked to verify your email address and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  • A separate window will open where you can add your billers and set up payments.
  • Check to see if any of your billers offer e-bills.  If so, you can sign up to receive them right there within our bill pay site!

Personal Online Bill Pay is a free service.Business Online Bill Pay costs $2.50 per month for up to 10 payments.  Additional payments beyond 10 per month will cost $0.50 each.

Pay any person, anywhere, no matter where they bank. All you need to know is their mobile phone number or email address and they can receive their payment in as little as one business day

  • Log in to your Personal Online Banking as usual. Then there are two ways to make a Popmoney payment.
  • One way is to select Bill Payment in the header on the Online Banking homepage once you've logged in. Click on the "Popmoney" button and set up your payment there.
  • The other way is by using the Bill Payment module located on the right hand side of the Online Banking home page. Click on the "Popmoney" tab and you can access any of the Popmoney payees you have already set up or add a new contact to send money to.
  • Under the "Send Money" section, enter the name and mobile phone number of the person you want to send money to, along with the payment amount and a message.
  • An e-mail or text message will be sent to the recipient with information on how to claim their payment.

A few more things to be aware of:

  • Popmoney Payments are available in Personal Online Bill Pay and Mobile Banking Payments.
  • You can send money to any adult over the age of eighteen (18) in the U.S. regardless of their bank or credit union affiliation.
  • Recipients are not required to pay a fee, and you pay only $0.50 per payment.
  • Money will not leave your account until it is claimed. Once claimed, the money will be deposited in the recipient's account within 3 business days.
  • If you're sending a payment to someone who has never before registered, they will have 12 calendar days to register and claim the money you send. (If they have already registered, the payment is directly deposited in their account.)
  • If money you've sent goes unclaimed, you'll get an alert letting you know that the payment has expired.

Bank anytime, anywhere! Even when you're on the go, you can access your personal bank account information from your mobile phone. Please note you will need to sign up for Online Banking before you can log in to Mobile Banking.

Instant Balance – feature available in Mobile Banking app that allows you to see the account balances without logging in to the app. You can decide to turn the feature on and for which accounts under app settings.

Mobile Text Banking – No smartphone? You can still do Mobile Banking! Sign up through your existing Online Banking access. Once you are activated, you can text BSB at any time to receive account information.

Your specific card details are never shared with merchants, allowing a safer and more private way to pay. Mobile Wallets includes:

  • Apple Pay – load your BSB debit card in the Wallet app on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch
  • Android Pay – comes preloaded or download from Google Play.
  • Samsung Pay – is accepted almost anywhere you can swipe or tap your credit card. Download the app in Google Play.

  • Instantly turn off  your cards if they go missing (and back on when you are ready to use them).
  • Set and remove spending limits.
