• To report a lost or stolen ATM card or debit card, report suspected fraudulent activity, reset your PIN or activate your new debit card, please call 1-800-472-3272. Available 24 hours. Call your nearest location and request an Instant Issue temporary card to use while you wait for your new permanent card. Temporary cards must be picked up at a Bruning Bank location.
• To reset your Online/Mobile Banking password, please go to the Online Banking website and click “Forgot Password?” located next to the "Log in" button.
